Billing is based on how useful we are to you. If we are helping you through every detail there will be a larger service fee than a simple delivery. Every trip is different so cost may differ due to trip itinerary. Lets chat, see what your looking for and from there your payment structure will evolve. Cancellation policy on individual outfitter/guide/rental company's policy and custom trip cancellation policies vary. Taxes and gratuity are not included. We reserve the right to change certain elements of any itinerary due to weather, road conditions, safety hazards, but will work with you to make your trip perfect. BetaHouse uses third party vendors for rental service, transportation, lodging and outfitter/guide service.
